Apple TV has officially announced that the fourth season of Ted Lasso, the global Emmy Award-winning hit, will debut in summer 2026. The new season brings fans back to Richmond, where Ted (played by Jason Sudeikis) faces a fresh challenge—coaching a second-division women’s football team. This season promises more heart, humor, and plenty of new experiences as Ted and his team take risks they never imagined before.
Joining Sudeikis for season 4 are fan favorites such as Emmy Award winners Hannah Waddingham, Juno Temple, Brett Goldstein, and others, reprising their beloved roles. New faces will also join the team, including Tanya Reynolds, Jude Mack, Faye Marsay, and others, promising an exciting addition to the cast.
Behind the scenes, Ted Lasso continues to impress, with Jason Sudeikis serving as both star and executive producer, alongside a talented group of creatives. Emmy Award-winning Jack Burditt has also joined as executive producer under a new overall deal with Apple TV, contributing to the continued evolution of the series.
The show’s success is no surprise—Ted Lasso has already shattered records, with its first two seasons winning back-to-back Outstanding Comedy Series Emmys, making it a fan and critical favorite. Now, as the team tackles new challenges on and off the pitch, the stakes have never been higher.
